Boggie Pond Village is located at the northern end of Cat Island just 5 minutes away from the Arthur's Town Airport.  The Lodge is situated on a hill in the quaint and picturesque settlement of Arthur's Town with a panoramic view of the surrounding area.

Cat island is one of the most beautiful islands of the Bahamas.  It is best known for its tranquil atmosphere, beautiful sandy beaches, rolling hills and rich culture.  It is home to Comer Hill, the highest point of The Bahamas at 206 feet above sea level, on top of which sits Mount Alvernia, the tiny hermitage built by Monsignor John C. Hawes (also known as father Jerome).  Mount Alvernia is  a popular tourist attraction.
